Winter World Cup

Project Summary

It was my task to design creative assets for a blog that represented both Christmas and the winter World Cup. Among the assets needed were a blog header/banner and a range of social polls.

Initially, I researched designs related to football. During my research, I came across football stickers. In looking at the stickers, I noticed that they contained a summary of the players' information. For instance, their club and country. I thought maybe we could do something similar with characters representing Christmas. This sparked the idea to use stickers to symbolise both Christmas and the World Cup.

This task was a challenge at the start, but once I thought of the concept everything else came together. It was definitely beneficial to work in an office with so many football fans, making the task feel more like a collective effort rather than a purely individual effort.
